I bid every project that a customer asks me to produce.

I provide fixed price bids for almost all projects that I perform for my clients, with few exceptions.

That means that I give you a price so that you always know the price of a job before a penny changes hands.

I don't over-sell and I don't stalk you! All quotes are no-obligation and I don't pester inquirers to death. If we do not do business at that time, I may email you a few weeks later and ask you what you finally decided to do, and it is your option to choose to answer me or not.

General Terms of Services Offered

Checks drawn on US banks, Paypal, and Intuit Payment Network (IPN) payments all gladly accepted. Paypal or IPN are recommended for urgent jobs. I bank with PNC Bank, NA in case you wish to set up ACH payment.

Checks drawn on non-US banks will require an additional service fee which my bank requires in order to deposit and process such checks, usually around $40 USD for each foreign check. Please inquire if you need to do this.

All projects require an up-front deposit before work begins.

Unless you provide prior notice and we negotiate a specific arrangement, all projects are subject to a minimum seven day turnaround.

You receive full rights to use any copy produced once you have paid in full for all services provided.

The "kill fee" for a project - the cancellation of a project by you - is forfeiture of your deposit for the project.
